Nothing against that great continent, but they don’t have the stringent rule systems for pepper growers like other producing countries do. Did you know that of the countries who do set appellation standards for pepper production, each has their own version of the “very best product possible...?” We only deal in that small percentage which represents “the Best.”
Ethnic Spice Blends. Years of travel and research have given me the unique pleasure of accumulating many recipes for traditional spice blends from around the globe. These are actually better than the originals! We only use the freshest ingredients, and hand grind small amounts just before blending. Our Ethnic spice blends bring new life to old favorites.
Dry Rubs. Designed to bring out the natural existing flavors of protein, these blends set a clean, complex backdrop to fowl, red meat, vegetables, fish and game. Each is extremely well balanced, and has the added benefit of being salt free; allowing the user to customize the salt content of the dish.
